2025-2026 Season

CSGR-01

CSGR-01, the CSG Racing car, at Silverstone

Where The Name Comes From

Named After The Team That Built It

CSGR-01 is named after CSG Racing itself: CSGR for the team, and 01 because it's our first-ever competition car. It marks the culmination of reviving City St George's Formula Student team from scratch, from our first Silverstone entry in seven years as a Concept entry in the 2024/25 season, to fielding a full competitor the following season.

How The Competition Went

Our First Weekend Back

Our first competition back after seven years away was a blur. Between late nights rehearsing our business plan presentation, tracking down scrutineers for advice and last-minute answers, and scoping out how the rest of the paddock did things, the schedule barely let up. We weren't able to get into the dynamic events this time round, but what we picked up on the ground was invaluable. We're taking everything we learned into next year, and we believe we've got what it takes to come back even stronger.
